It’s Time for the Fourth Annual P² Conference!

The event will take place Thursday and Friday, October 7th and 8th, 2010 at the Buffalo Niagara Convention Center in downtown Buffalo.

As you’ve come to expect, the P² conference will be highlighting the best practices in the areas of health equity, healthy lifestyles and regional improvements – topics of great importance to those who use health care, pay for health care, and, of course, those who provide health care.

National and international experts will be presenting on successes they have had – and we can learn from – on topics such as health equity, health care reform, population health and delivery system improvements.

We have also invited health care leaders from our region who are piloting some of the nation’s most innovative projects around quality care improvements.
