The Fifth Annual P² Conference!
The event will took place Thursday and Friday, October 13th and 14th, 2011 at the Buffalo Niagara Convention Center in downtown Buffalo.The P² conference highlighted the best practices in the areas of health equity, healthy lifestyles and regional improvements – topics of great importance to those who use health care, pay for health care, and, of course, those who provide health care.
National and international experts presented on successes they have had – and we can learn from – on topics such as health equity, health care reform, population health and delivery system improvements.
We also invited health care leaders from our region who are piloting some of the nation’s most innovative projects around quality care improvements.
