Become a P2 Member Organization!

The P2 Annual Conference is drawing near. In preparation, the P2 Collaborative of Western New York is updating its partner list and would also like to invite your organization to become an official member of the Collaborative.   The P2 Collaborative is one of 15 communities in the country selected by the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation to be an Aligning Forces for Quality (AF4Q) community.   As an AF4Q community, P2 the distinction of being a local and national leader in health  care reform with access to national experts and decision makers in the health care.   As a member of P2, we can better assist you in connecting with these national and local resources.   

 

Pmembership dues contribute to creating a sustainable organization that is dedicated to improving health and health care in our region, and includes several benefits to you. 

 

As a member organization, you will be

· listed as a member on all media announcements

· have your logo published on the Pwebsite and on all media related to the Pannual September conference (including the pre-event insert in Business First and the Buffalo Spree-published program book) . The membership list is also shared with public officials at the state and national levels, as well as P2 grant funders.

· receive invitations to informational seminars that share valuable information and provide networking opportunities with local and national representatives

· opportunities for you or other members of your organization to participate in one of many  P2 work groups

If you elect to continue to be a partner organization (at no cost to you), you will be listed as such on the P2 website, and on a comprehensive partnership list published in relation to the Pannual conference.   You will continue to receive information regarding the Collaborative and its meeting dates.  Of course, you are encouraged to participate in P2’s many important initiatives.
