P² Collaborative's 2014 Creating a Healthier Community Conference, scheduled for Thursday, October 9, promises to be an informative, engaging and inspiring day of presenters and panels sharing what it will take to create a healthier Western New York.
Our closing speaker, Franchelle Hart, is the Executive Director of Open Buffalo, a civic initiative to make major long-term improvements in justice and equity.
