With nearly 200 health indicators, Keys to Health contains data information on health conditions, socioneeds index, and demographic charts of the eight Western New York counties. Organizations and healthcare professionals can visit Keys to Health to learn about the communities they serve. At Keys to Health, one can create health indicator dashboards and chart data to compare indicators against state averages, county values, and target goals. Keys to Health also provides information on resources for grant opportunities, promising practices and information on areas of health disparities that health care professionals can target to improve their communities.
